Recently I bought reseller hosting from one of the popular reseller hosting provider.
I transfer my 5 websites to this hosting. But their server is very very slow, frequently server is down and also frequently can't connect to MySQL.

Here is "System information" from WHM:

Server load 9.02 (8 CPUs)
Memory Used 29.75% (7,327,288 of 24,625,528)
Swap Used 0% (0 of 4,096,532)

Please tell me what does "Server load 9.02 (8 CPUs) " mean?

Even more now Server load is 11.9 (8 CPUs). Please see image copy from WHM.

Ideally they should have the server load below 8(number of CPUs). Contact the host and let them know your having issues.

They'll either be able to bring the load down or move you to another server.

Contact your host for more information. Generally speaking for a server with 8 CPUs a load around 8 or below is considered as good. However, most servers nowadays use Intel chips with virtual cores so in reality the server might only have 4 physical cores.

It seems your server is under hard cpu load. It's most probably HDD io/wait.

After I talked with Eleven2 support, they cannot manage to reduce server load.

It becomes more higher, Now it is - 14.54 (8 CPUs)

Do you have hosting with Eleven2? What is your server load?

Did you get a change to get a baseline from your previous host (on the 5 sites)? What were the stats before?

previous hosting provider has much better Server load, it is 1.8 (8 CPUs)

All Hosting load too many sites on one server.

Just load fewer sites, earn a little less and live in peace.

Anything over 7.0 on an 8-core proc and you should be worrying. 8.0 would be 100% utilization.

I have a deadline today, worked my a** of all night, to find at the customers that eleven2 is down.
And it is slow as heck . using reseller UK server for testing and building sites, 3 days every page refresh or click takes anywhere from 10 sec to several minutes. And im talking wordpress page refresh !!!

Is this usual business with them??

If they won't fix it for you there are plenty of other providers to choose from.

Yeah, but my work is on the servers and ready, no point doing that all over again. and switching does not help me today
