Likely to be automated, do you have CAPTCHA or similar on your contact form?

As for killing an IP, you must have some sort of logs that show a get request to the form page, killing one IP however will do nothing to stop these, especially if your form doesn't have some sort of anti-bot feature.

Add a CAPTCHA to your form and you will be good.

It's obviously spam - if its comment spam just make sure askimet is enabled.

Change your contact form to log IPs, and see if it's the same one each time (which is doubtful). If so, ban that IP.

Its called Spam. As Bear said, most spammers fill the email with filler text to try to get around spam filters. This trick can fool most. Often there will be an embedded image advertising some sort of product as well (Pharmaceuticals for example).

Just ban the IP and delete the emaiil. You may want to employ some anti-bot technologies such as re-captcha

I've been getting these as well. The old WHMcs captcha doesn't appear to hinder the sender. I'm going to revert WHMcs to Google reCAPTCHA and hope for better results. The sending email and IP is different with each email received.

Also, can anyone recommend a reliable method to scan emails before they are piped to WHMcs? I would like to avoid limiting piped ticket creation to registered clients if possible.
