Working directly with the UK based client services manager, The ideal candidate will have worked in a design environment before and possess the following skills:
✓ Basic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator)
✓ Exceptional communication skills with a friendly manor
✓ Customer relationship management experience
✓ Basic knowledge of InDesign for contract editing
The successful applicants responsibilities will include:
✓ Liaising with existing US based customers on their projects
✓ Ensuring a smooth flow of communication between US customers and our UK based team
✓ Being a first point of contact for any new US based clients
✓ Working on their own initiative to source new clients for the business (commission incentives available)
✓ Providing support to US clients by email or phone
✓ Keep regular contact with existing clients
✓ Provide quotes to prospective clients
✓ Create invoices and log payments in our client management portal
This position is initially a part-time post, at around 16hrs per week, however dependant on the amount of business generated by the successful applicant, there is scope for this to become a full time position.
Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
