High SSD disk latency on Dell R410

We recently plugged in new SSD in some of our Dell R410 systems (integrated H200 controller). The drives we put into Dell hot-plug caddies were Kingston KC100 2.5" 240Gb SATA3 (SKC100S3/240G)

We use those SSD drives in other systems like Dell R210 II and SuperMicro systems as well.

The problem is that we see a lot of the files in the disk activity with a disk latency (Response time in Resource monitor) of around 30-50ms on the Dell R410 systems, where the other systems have 0-1ms.
Surely this most likely comes down to the H200 controller, but how to process from there?
The SSDs are connected to a SAS/SATA hotplug backplane.

Do you use latest firmware for controller?

Have you put the drives in other servers to ensure it's not a faulty batch?

Also tried a different OS, drivers and firmware?

Since the machines only got DRAC Express, we do not have any KVM possibilities unless ordered from the DC.
How would I most easily go about updating the firmware? Is it possible from the OS or do I need console access?

You can update firmwares from your OS. Go to Dell support and find your server by Service Tag(you can see it in DRAC). Select your OS and find latest firmwares with instruction to install.
