They pretty good. My developers ask them questions often and they're very responsive.

For the whopping $45/yr we pay for our owned license maintenance. I'd say they are fast when you take that into consideration.

WHMCS -> fast and friendly response, best
clientexec -> nice and friendly good response
hoxxxxx -> bad and not friendly sure they don't want any business seems like they think "only software on market"

I used to be very satisfied with their support up until the last time I had a ticket opened with them.
It took 2 days in between replies for them to answer. In the end I simply closed the ticket.
I hope this was a unique experience.

I haven't used WHMCS in about 7 months, but used it for a few years and loved it.

I'm pretty pleased after my sole encounter with them. I purchased their $40 migration service, only to find an hour later that my technician had already migrated my installation. I was expecting to take a loss, but explained what happened and sheepishly asked if a refund would be possible.
They refunded my $40, even though it wasn't their fault.
Pretty decent service if you ask me.

Way back in the day (like the v2 and v3 days) it was pretty slow but helpful. I think it was just Matt and one other person back then.
Now it's great! They are very quick and always helpful. Never have issues with their support these days.

Basic Questions/Billing Issues - We usually see responses within 24 hours or so.
API Issues/Developer Issues - Last ticket took us weeks to get resolved and replies for many days apart, put us well behind on a development cycle due to their API being broken and taking weeks before they did any real investigating - took maybe an hour to fix.
