    What is your Opinions on these Banners?

    (If this thread is not in appropriate section or it is against rules, please move to correct one)

    A couple of days ago, i requested my Friend (A Graphic Designer) to Design some Banners for me for Advertising my Company.
    He designed 2 Banners, i really like them a lot...... Really Awesome.
    Want to get your Opinions on these banners!!!!

    unreadable, boring. Too much info, no call to action. Epic fail.

    Nice design, but ads should have a more prominent call-to-action. "Also, why should I (or anyone else) click on it?" (a question you should ask yourself).
    Maybe describe something unique (from the thousands of other hosting ads) -- "special offer" if they click now.
    Find a way to differentiate this ad from the competition. You'll get more clicks...

    I think horizontal ad is having too much empty space and the right side of text can be little larger.

    Any reason why the ad sizes are in non-standard sizes?

    I think they are a good start, but they will probably be overlooked by the audience due to what other people mentioned as well as having to compete with rich media / animation ads for attention.

    I think people will find them easy to ignore so your CTR will suffer. Where do you think of advertising?

    Both are conventional banners and lack any innovation.
