Hey,

I have been looking for a while for a free chat support system that supports multiple operators it would also have to run on mac. I think these are unreasonable requirements and I was wondering if you guys had came across any companies or scripts that provide such a service.

In that case Zopim.com is a good option as it's web based. I was always a big fan of LiveZilla but have to move after switching to a mac.

Yes. Zopim is the best chat software I used so far but its free version support only one operator. So, you have to upgrade your package for multiple operators.

If you ever do go with a paid one and already have WHMcs then get their addon its neat and user friendly 100%

Most recently, I've used Zopim although in the past have used Livezilla.

In all honesty, I loved Livezilla although I feel its overused as any company can get the free version. I've often spotted it on scam sites, whereas if you purchase something like Zopim or any other paid live chat system, the chances are it will be legit companies that use it or that it will at least filter out some scams or others that use it for meaningless purposes.

Obviously, there are large companies who pay for Livezilla and there are clearly companies (ones with purpose), that use the free version; I'm merely referring to the minorities.

Livezilla is no more freeware right? Comm100 is also paid now.
