El Segundo: Need 1 Rack, 20amps A/B Redundant power and 1 SMF X connect

Being in the Equinix facility is a plus. (Either of them in El Segundo.)

Looking for a 1 year term, and no NRC's.

Anyone know of a provider in one of the Equinix El Segundo DC's?

Not equinix but another provider in that area is Alchemy Communications. Their 'LAX' data center is right in the middle of LAX airport (literally) and in that area.

Not possible to waive NRCs, especially in Equinix, and especially with such a small contract (term and amount of stuff).

Well then the company can just lower the monthly rates to compensate for a NRC on a rack that already exists there right?

Forget it, you're dealing with Equinix. They will only think on lowering anything at all when you talk about real $$$ volume.
Prepare for heavy NRC and MRC.

HUUUUUGE NRC, HUUUUUUUUUUUUGE MRC if you want Equinix.

If you want to "compensate", keep dreaming.

You can get better pricing with TelX downtown, and still xc to Equinix or CoreSite if your carrier isn't in the MMR.

I actually dont want to be downtown for several reasons. I need to be in El Segundo area because that's where my client is... Also, in terms of my other post ($12 IPs) vs this one: Right now IP's are more valuable to me then a person at Equinix who promised me a certain price and then sends me a SO that says a different price and then "Oh wells" me.

Agreed everyone?
