That is really shocking. They told me that I make abuse to their support,
And for that reason I have to shift to another dedicated hosting company.
I admit I behave hard some time but last 2 month I am facing this network problem ,
no one could not point that issue. Each month they send me invoice near about 4500 usd and I pay on time but I hardly get services last 2 month . my bad luck to chose this type of company. I never take server to shif one hosting to another hosting , I take server for making business via my client .

Still I have a hope form their supervisor he told me that he going to talk with the management.

My question I run 32 server form their company, and with in short time, how I will transfer all my client and server to others hosting company .

Is their any option form client side to do, if any one knew plz let me inform

Harry,

I understand you are upset, however it is never acceptable to call our staff names and yell at them over the phone. Between the volume of your calls, and the abusive nature of them, we did ask that you migrate your servers to another hosting company.

What we offered to do for you however, without being asked, was to waive your last bill, and give you 45 days to migrate your servers.

What I committed to you on the phone, is that I would personally speak with the department managers for support and sales and see if they would give you another chance and continue to support you if your behavior changed.I committed to having an answer to you on Monday, a promise I intend to keep.

I have said it before in a ticket, and I will say it again - our network is 100% not acceptable at this point. We are making large investments and rolling them out - I will be providing additional details very soon. That being said, no one should be experiencing any on going issues. If you are having a network problem, please open a ticket - if ANYONE feels that they are not being taken care of, you may escalate the ticket to TJ (sales manager), Myself, or Holly (the NOC manager).

Furthermore, we will soon be publishing a complete escalation path for customers feeling that they were not taken care of in a ticket.

Interesting read.

We've literally had dozens, if not 100, servers with Secured over the years for different uses. Some we used for test boxes on new projects, old clients, while others were back ups, and so forth.

Have there been times where I felt their network had issues? Sure. However, I could say the same about Wholesale, Burst, or others used in the past that are popular on WHT. Are there times where their support team has been slow? Sure. But that is no different than many others on WHT that are popular and all over the place with glowing recommendations. In support ticket replies, are there times where I wondered, "What the f...?!!?". Of course, but again, I could say the same for many other companies.

In short, they are a fast growing company with a solid financing behind them in CCBill. They ARE the PhoenixNAP. Which is one of the biggest, and best, NAPS in the U.S.. Feel free to do your homework.

In summation, there are things I like and do not like about Secured myself personally from direct experience. However, the positives have always far outweighed the negatives. I can tell you that I have dealt with many hosting companies over the years for any number of various online ventures, and before building our own network. Secured has actually been one of the better experiences. Not the best, far from the worst, but a fast growing company will always have some growing pains. Such is life.

They ARE the PhoenixNAP and they WERE a big and good NAP.

Don't worry, I don't buy blindly any server without a lot of research about the company, and I'm sure other people won't as well. They will check this thread (and the other 5 about SecuredServers awful connection) and learn about it too.

Regards

If people believe everything they read in some one off review on WHT you mean. If that were the case, based on shear volume of bad WHT reviews,... Burst would be out of business. Whether you like them, or hate them, they are one of the biggest providers on WHT today.

As I said before, any fast growing host will have growing pains. I would trust a web hosting company with solid financing and infrastructure (like Secured/PhxNAP/CCBill) over clown shoe hosting. They have a lot of money and resources behind them. I am sure that over time any issues will be resolved.

Bro you have to realize when people wrote that word in net,!
You are saying that that company have lots of money and support and vision , I ma 100% agree with you but
What if you have 1000 thousand dollar?
My 1st question does it work for me. Does your 1000 thousand help to run my business and my family. If not then what I will do the company havw huge investment or not.

What is e business stand for , I hope you know it very well .
Its depend on your performances , quality and commetmitment. I open a site or forum any personal small thing for business , how we will ensure my client regarding
Performances
Speed
Qulity
And downtime depend on dedicated hosting company. so lots of thing depend on hosting company .

Did you ever realize why i connected to securedserver because i knew that they are big and they will give me best service as well as they done it before?

But Last 2 month I faced lots of problem for that reason I write my won thought . I never care how much money they have what car they are using ,
I don’t have any interested regarding their feature plan or past

My question is simple , what I paid for i need that services as they committed to me .

I also a well wisher of securedserver company , but you have to admit that I face lots of problem in my business for securedserver . but I have a hope in feature we will make business , and they will give me service like before .

One day my hope will true,

Any news on how SecuredServers are working now? Improvements? I was seriously considering them for unmanaged dedicated servers @ 100TB. Already had concerns over +20-30ms added delays from primarily east coast visitors.

They have been quite stable as of late. Even the minor issues they had before, I don't think were as big as many made them out to be. At least from my experience. It could be different for others.

They just sent out an email recently that they are will be rolling out the final stages of their network upgrades over the next month or 2. Their network upgrades as of late have been a great improvement and overall I am very satisfied with their service and server performance.

to SS

I don't know how they are doing right now, but with an old host I used to be with, we had one server there, worked out a cracking deal with the old customer services manager, had it down to 110$/month for dual 500GB with Xeon 3440 with 16GB of ram, was perfect for game hosting and stuff.

However, their frequent network "updates" and "scheduled" stuff makes me wonder how they're doing in the last 4 months... this post clearly has an insight to this.

I frequently reccomend this company to all of my friends, because of how awesome they usually are. Sincerely hope SS get their act together, otherwise, they will be losing lots of clients from alot of different markets.

Can anybody tell me if IOFlood are suffering the same? I know they used to PhoenixNAP not sure if they still are.

Ioflood uses their own network in our facility as such they were not impacted from the problems we had. That being said, I think you will find that with our recent improvements as well as with the final changes happening this month we are substantially better and by march I would match our network against any hosting company in the world.

This thread is getting closed to half a year old, the recent feedback about the new network should speak for itself and I look forward to seeing more positive feedback.

Apologies for not seeing the old side of this thread, I will be returning, however if you do not mind, I will send you a PM and hope for a response.

Thanks.

PhoenixNap is a great facility that we're still using. As Jordan said, we run our own network and so were not impacted by the specific problems SS was having. That said, our network had it's own share of problems and improvements as well.
