I have tried a few VPS providers before I moved to TmzVps.com. Been using them since about 5 months now and here's my review.

What was I hosting?
I run a development firm in India so I bought the VPS to host remote data and development purpose for my clients. So I did not need any high resourced VPS.

I am paying monthly. I did not wish to get into any contracts, but their price is still very affordable.

I've tried many other VPS providers in the past as well, the servers are usually down and the support is also very slow. Wasn't the same with Tmz.

The VPS:
Since I didn't need too many resources, I chose their tmz-1024 plan which has about 1 GB ram which is more than enough for us. I don't think you can find a provider that gives you free cpanel, daily backups and free softacolus and management for that price.

Support:
Though I didn't have to use much of it..about 8-10 tickets in the last 6 months, the average response time was about 15-20 minutes. Even though they are located in the US and I am in a 12 hour difference time zone in India, their support was amazingly fast.

Once I could not connect to the VPS and I contacted Daniel (Owner) of TmzVPS and he connected me with one of his admins. The connection issue was a problem with my ISP and not tmzvps. Their support via Twitter (@TmzVPS) is also very prompt and helpful.

Conclusion:
The service is fantastic, the support is excellent and their pricing is affordable. If you're looking for a VPS for your website, you should definitely give tmzvps a shot.

Sorry, I disagree on this post.

I believed on the internet comments and join TmzVPS, it's ok on the first month. But problem start to show afterwards, firstly it's a mess for their payment system. I used paypal autopay my account on every 21st, the money is transferred but I still receive the overdue email, I reply and asked why, there is no reply from the management. And my account is suspended 1 week after the overdue email!

Secondly, the WHM not very stable for me, the DNS server always down and I login to the WHM, it don't allow me to restart, show the following error:

"Waiting for nsd to restart...............................................................finished.

nsd has failed, please contact the sysadmin (result was "nsd is not running")."

So around a period of time, (say 3 or 4 weeks), the site will be down because of the NSD failed, and the WHM don't allow me to restart it and need to email TmzVPS to ask for help.

Thirdly, even it's a VPS hosting, it can't afford a forum with max 200 people in the same time, always show overload error and too much connections error, so you need to enter the site afterwards.

I believe TmzVPS would like to provide good hosting service to clients, but somehow it don't stable for me at all, from server to payment issue. It isn't once or twice, if it's once or twice, I will not take time to post such a long comment, it charge US$24 every month, but if the same price, seems there are several hosting companies are more stable for me. (p.s. I have several forum websites and tried many different hosting company.)

Do you have a full managed or selfmanaged vps? Have you properly optimized your server to its full potential? Shared hosting is different then vps and sometimes the user get more on shared, but any decent shared is configured/managed by some,onw who knows what they are doing and tweaked the server to do what it was supposed to do.

I am definitely not aware of your issue and by the way it sounds I should know about it!

E-mail me your ticket # and I will make sure what ever issue you are having gets resolved for you. I will also give you 1 month FREE of hosting if these issues are true and are not resolved still. I do not see any support tickets open at the moment regarding this either.

Most of our VPS's are managed. I will be waiting for his e-mail to find out what exactly is wrong here and get it resolved for him.
