Webdesign ripping
i was looking for a server offering in Sweden and i came across this website http://www.servainet.com/
this looking more or like http://liquidweb.com ripped but by some one who is not so good in designing. The banner rotator, menus are all following same template including the footer color etc.I am Mr.WebHostingTalk.

My goodness, I have no idea why people even attempt to do stuff like this. It would be far easier to simply just come up with your own original design, then trying to steal the design of another company.

Such site should be reported to all possible places. I think that is the only way to go.

This is something that owners of the trademarks / service marks should consult with lawyers. Nothing will happen when you "report" the company that has stolen the web design elements. Someone have to sue them.

Yep, we saw it now, we, we have hired a company in the U.S. that has made design, we will of course take down the page/site for it is clearly a rip of the design which we do not find particularly funny, of course, we want to be unique and this is not acceptable.
Subject onapp so must We use their images as we are partners with them so there was nothing wrong.
