Hi
It could be to do with the reputation of the IP address of your host, but the best people to ask are the people you buy your hosting from.
SPF record looks ok.
The only other reason could be if you are sending lots of email to those domains
Thanks

Hello,
Set :
>> Rdns for the mail server IP.
>> SPF for the domain.
>> Domain key for the domain.

Hello,
You are welcome. You can also install it using the below given one liner.
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/domain_keys_installer username

Hello,
I have seen the issue with domain keys in some other WHT thread too. It seems to be a bug. I prefer you contact cPanel support for this.
Don't forget to post the fix here !

Good luck. You can have the most perfect setup in the world and Hotmail will still Junk your messages for the hell of it. Email them and complain, and keep complaining. Complain to the point where you think you're bordering on harassment, don't give up... eventually they will whitelist your IP ranges and that will help the messages reach the inbox. To show how BS their email filtering is, I once created two Hotmail accounts and emailed one another with a real looking message and they both went into the Junk folder.
As for Yahoo, forget it. You will never get anywhere with their postmaster group. Their staff are sadistic SOB's who get off at being extremely unhelpful and repeating the same BS over and over. To put my rage towards them into perspective, if I heard that a bus carrying the entire Yahoo! postmaster group went off a cliff into the ocean, my only thought would be "Good. Now we're making progress!" ... harsh, but words cannot express how awful it is dealing with Yahoo! when they decide to block you.

Hello , That was fixed ,
The problem was the perm of exim.conf
so the mail2dir converted failed
i edited the permissions and then converted to maildir again then the domain key worked so well
