    I like how you told them to give you your money back, now are begging for them to allow you to get this new vps.

    What they said is true, even if you didn't use the vps that doesn't mean you cancelled it and then you now are overdue on the payment.

    The Rev i paid them all vps for 1 month after next month i didn't pay bez i don't want to use so after 2-3 days they suspend all vps

    then how come its overdue?

    Because you did not cancel your vps. How they will know you did not use their vps?

    it's simple, you need to CANCEL account...That is like contract, what you need to cancel...
    So they don't need to give you VPS if you don't pay bill for other vps what you have there...

    if they dnt knw im not using vps then how they terminate all Vps?after 1 month?

    Because you didn't pay them, vps's are terminated for overdue invoices and stuff like that, not because you didn't use them.

    yes why ill pay i donot want to use them yes if they start these from atlest 1 week after due date then its matter for pay

    but within 2-3 days they just stop it then why ill pay

    Nothing is odd.

    You need to pay for all your active services. If you didn't want it, then you should have canceled before the due date. Why should they continue all your services if you failed to pay for at least 1 of them?

    I'm sure they would have worked with you if you asked nicely, instead you come here claiming foul... when it's your own fault.

    Am sure they’ll be glad to have you on board once you pay off them outstanding invoices, Pay the invoices or risk being sent to collections some months down the line, I know what I’d rather do!
