    If it is not a wait for days, may be because of sales hours are restricted(not 24/7). Hope you will get a reply soon. BTW their site seems to be under maintenance.

    Perhaps this tells you something about this company and maybe you should look elsewhere? I would see this as a red flag - along with a number of threads I have seen about them here, it might be worth a search.

    MSN is not used so often, reason to many people asking for sales and MSN is not multiuser Best is to e-mail, its availibe 24/7 for you!

    Sales is not GAURANTEED 24/7 availible. But replies are within 1-3 hours. And sometimes within a few minutes already.

    I think you mean 'GUARANTEED'. Anyway, what does your website state about this? Also, it would be nice for everyone here to know what happened that caused the OPs ticket to be lost in the ether, so to speak.

    So why should customers wait 12 hours you can answer even in times of Down Time

    Ecatel support is much faster then 12 hours, when you abuse it.. like you did its a totally different matter. Thats why we terminated all agreements with you in person and your company.

    We advise any other hosting provider the same, having you as client is BIG BIG troubles.

    1) no network downtimes at all here. You probably mean your server went down on a DAILY basis and did not come back after remote reboot. Ecatel even give you FREE Remote KVM and you could not fix the server.

    2) downtime again.. own fault. Network is 100% up and was 100% up.

    3) Opening atleast 2 tickets daily for months with us is to much and only having 2 servers.

    My final post, we are so tired of you.. Continue your illegal activities somewhere else.. please.

    How our site does not work while warez-host works

    Opening 2 tickets daily (having 2 servers) may not be accepted by many small providers true. But for "large" providers they will not mind even if you open 10 tickets a day they will not mind since they have hundreds of workers working 24/7 only to answer tickets and different persons take over tickets at different times.

    But if you open 2 tickets daily (having 2 servers) it will not be accepted by any "small" providers where a couple of persons work. You should try to solve your own issues unless it is a server hardware failure or network issue, and that when yo were provided free KVM you really can do anything on your own.
