Serious complaint with this website
There's a guy who keep popping up in the upper right-hand corner of my browser window. He's bald and wears googly-eyed looking coke bottle glasses. It says "peel me" under his chin but I just want to punch his lights out. Can the admins of WebHostingTalk do something about this?

. I actually don't see this, as I'm behind a filter that blocks ads, but I actually don't think the admins can do anything about that. That's adspace that iNet sells

That is creepy all right.
Funnily enough, even though I don't block ads, I've never been able to see the peel ads on WHT. I guess I'm just lucky to have this error with my browser.

LOL ahahaha that's funny (and probably annoying). I think its an ad that WHT needs to pay for the hosting etc.

I see peel ads but haven't seen that one yet. I guess it's doing a good job of getting peoples' attention.

He looks a lot like Bubbles from the Trailer Park Boys (Canadian cable comedy for those not familiar) but without hair and cats. Maybe the guy is Bubbles' father:

Apparently it's doing its job very well, since it got most of our attentions. It kind of reminds me of the CNN ad for their iPhone app... perhaps we should have web hosts walking all over WHT scraping off posts.

LOL that just made my day, Those cannot be blocked since they are advertisements that the company has put up.

yupps...
I have a sneeky suspicion someone is hovering to pounce though rofl.
Could it be the simple mistake of me using an extra colour in my sig, or linking to somewhere that's against the rules.
Knowing me I'll behave like a bishop but fall at the final hurdle due to something silly.
But the wager's £100, so I'm going for the win.
