    giga-international.com - Very BAD support

    A few days ago i ordered server. Everything worked even one week. Then did not go up the password to the server. I asked to reset my password. Then they without my permission reinstalled the OS and thus deleted all my very important documents. OS installed so now I can not do anything on the server. Tech support is silent for a second day. I do not advise order servers from this DC - Very-very BAD and stupid support. (Sorry for my bad english)

    for resetting password they reloaded the OS it realy bad and lack of communication,each host will ask 1 or 2 time before doing os reload

    let us wait for other side storie

    I have just searched our ticketing system thoroughly, but all I found under the name of 'serversprovider' were some enquiries about using IP addresses and an order from April this year.

    Please send a personal message with the IP address of your server so that I can investigate in this issue further. We are really very interested to reconstruct this issue.

    Their support are working great you can just call them Robert or any support staff will answer you.

    I agreed that email support a bit slow than phone calls

    I wish they had control panel to control and reboot server and rescue console access

    Yes and for reconnect server they extort 30 euro and off server very offen.
    in their rules do not say about 30 euro.
