Recommend single user KVM over IP?
I am looking for a single user KVM over IP that has USB mouse/keyboard? Anybody have any good suggestions on this?
I have been dealing with a lot of non technical people in other remote office locations that cannot accurately describe their problem to save their life no matter how many questions you ask. What I would like to do is setup a KVM over IP and have them plug in their laptop at a specific station and then I would access the KVM. I would go with a software solution to view their computer screen however it could potentially be an issue happening prior to boot.Daniel
