I agree, if you are looking for cheap, you might end up with a bad experiance.

would be better to get a high end VPS then a cheap dedicted server from an unknown company.

talkman, sorry my friend but still don't agree with you.

Anyway, i would recommend you check Dedicated Hosting Offer section, there is couple new, and i think there is some up to price you are looking for.

Also, if something catches your eye, you may search for reviews, or ask here.

    Thanks,

You should not eliminate all other hardware brands other than Dell.

Half of the offers in the Dedicated Offers forum here at WHT will meet those spec requirements...

You could try KimSufi but they're run by OVH in the EU and I've heard some bad things about them... That was a while back though.

Why does it have to be a Dell server? Are you expecting any sort of management?

    Cheapest that I know of:
    https://www.burst.net/
    http://www.cpctechnology.com/

Check out the offers sub-forum as well:

As for the two ice creams, if you are on a tight budget and don't really know where to start. That's still $120 more for that first year, that's an extra months server payment at a cheaper rate.

    See what tickles your fancy,

Well, I am Dell fan I have used dell servers for years with complete satisfaction
I used HP also, but no harm to any one, I simply love Dell servers

I don't think they offer dell servers, do they? The OP specifically mentioned it has to be dell

    OP,
This may be your best bet from accuratehub

Hostingamerica has a good deal on a Dell 850. Not the processor you want but plenty of ram and bandwidth.

I'm also curious as to why you're limiting your search to Dell hardware? I've seen quite a lot of people around here swear by Supermicro's products...

You can check out caro.net closeouts.

Can't go wrong with a Dell, some people prefer to stay with a brand, its called brand loyalty, but cant go wrong with a with a proven product like Supermicro.
