Is this the first time you've contacted them and received no response? By your post it sounds like you're a current customer.

I have been tring for days. And yes I am a current customer. But I am at this second signing up for a new service. It does me no good when a company does not respond to its customers.

They have a rep here on WHT(Orien), you might want to PM him. Give them enough time to respond since it's a sales issue first though.
edit: a few days? :O pm orienJacob Wall

I believe Vectorlevel has been sold. Not that you should start looking elsewhere. The company is possibly in the process of being integrated into another one. Give it a little time if you're in no rush.

Hi,
If I'm correct in assuming who you are, a member of our team called you back on Aug 31 and discussed all your questions with you over the phone and let you know that we've been having phone routing issues so you should contact us through email.
I have relinquished control of all administrative aspects of the company since yesterday (and there were no unanswered tickets then) so I don't know if you sent emails yesterday that haven't been responded to. The company is not being integrated into another one. It will remain a separate entity with a very transparent shift in management so service quality should remain more or less the same. An email will be sent out to current customers soon informing them of the change.

Is VectorLevel's new owner Voxtro (owned by Shikhir Arora)?

@Shikhir works with me, he happens to be my younger (and incompetent ) brother - I'm in my twenties and have a degree in Computer Science - I just graduated from Northwestern and honestly have decided to spend a bunch of leftover money on working on hosting firms. I let my brother work with me, under my close eye, and let him come up with some things (like company names) - after all, we are family. The name Voxtro.com was registered by him before and I liked it - catchy and brandable. I decided to brand my company with it; but I assure you I am the sole CEO and Owner and I only keep him under a close watch.
Thanks for the comments - however, to answer the initial question to the OP: may I have the ticket ID (privately, via PM - we'd like to see the ticket so we can get a better look at this) - sorry for the delay!

To add, we just called the user (OP) and we settled down the issue - was a slight jump in confusion between the transfer of the company but we did settle it and I think he will post here soon. Thanks. I request this to be closed now, since this issue has been resolved and we know who this is (further discussion can be done through our secure client area ).

@Veltrap:
Hello - I am a current customer of VectorLevel, and cannot access my account, nor can I access the client area login to access the tickets. I emailed tech support at least 3 times, with no response. I signed up and paid for 1 year of service on 12/31/2008. I also tried to use the password reminder feature of the client area, but I never received the emails. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
