There are plenty of tutorials on the internet on how to manage a server. Google is your friend for this.

there are 2 sides of managing a virtual private server. One is to have skill in system (server) administration, OS maintenance, Apache and etc. The other side is to learn to use the virtualization software which allow you to manage your virtual instance. I would suggest you to choose a virtualization technology, and then to learn how to use any of the VPS management software available on the market.

I don't see any of those tools as being very helpful (at the very least at your current state of knowledge) for managing your VPS. I really suggest you re-evaluate your decision and consider getting a managed VPS and then take the time to learn how to do things yourself. This way you get an "out" if you get in over your head.

    CentOS Operating System.
I have 1 more question. If I want to host nearly 30 proxy sites, what configuration I should have ?
Is 128 MB Guaranteed RAM & 256 MB Burstable RAM is sufficient ?
I am going with Direct Admin

You need to be good in linux first and I would recommend you visit linux forums and to read about them.

It depends on how much traffic they get, but proxy sites have the reputation of being resource hogs. As soon as visitors start to pick up you'll probably need a high-end dedicated server for 30 of them.

    Not a chance.

Good choice. But your memory needs depend on what you're hosting, not the control panel. You'll run out of memory very quickly if even one proxy site becomes popular.

Time to rethink the business plan?

Not whole plan. I just want to start proxy hosting service.
Im also planning to start a paid proxy website where people have to spend money, then they will get Limited bandwidth quota. They will get facility of SSL

Can anybody guide me ? I am planning to install CENTOS on my server at office place for testing then I will put 1 VPS.
Lets see, how it goes ...
