    earthvps and his unlicense virtuozzo

    Dear,

    1.) paid for 1st vps on 2009-7-18
    2.) but vps can not start causing virtuozzo is unlicense on 2009-8-11
    3.) submit ticket, he said will give me a free month to use
    4.) then vps can run again
    5.) I think it will not happen again, ordered 2th on 2009-8-13
    6.) but now, 1st down again causing virtuozzo unlicense, and support just said it will be solve in a short time, but some days ago, two vps are still down

    Dear spdfox, thanks for your reply. I hope vps can run again as soon as possible, no matter who own the company.

    With all acquisitions, it takes time for the acquiring company to get up to speed with the issues affecting the acquired company.

    You'd think that would already be sorted out by the time the new company takes over the clients. Unless it was a complete bail-out without any hand over time.

    There was no problem with EarthVPS when I was the owner, every company has a negative review or two. You can't please every client. I'm sure the new owners can get this sorted out, they just forgot to get a Virtuozzo license on assuming.
