    Worldstream.nl ignored me

    Worldstream.nl ignored my problem for the second consecutive day..

    2 days ago they setup dedicated server for me, after 3 hours server shout down(not ping, not connect from ssh, not work dadmin). I ask support reconnect server and fix problem...but they ignored me already 2 days.
    I can not both work, compensation for me of course, no one assessment, it seems to spit on my problem!

    ps. ssory for my bad english

    You can expect the best support from them only during office hours.
    But I heard that they will provide better support (including weekends) soon.

    Was it 3 days over the weekend or maybe check that its not a public holiday for them.

    Well, I guess they delivered your server on Friday before end of office hours. And guys went to get some rest.
    If you didn't took their SLA package, then they really don't have to serve you during weekens. Many EU providers working on that way.
    And + if that's some hardware issue, then they cannot help you during weekend for sure.

    They reply usually within 4 hour, almost instant most of time (Weekends include)

    Maybe check if you are able to receive email from @worldstream.nl

    Since servers as been setup 2 days ago, maybe this is related with a billing issue.

    Hi,

    I only see ONE unanswered e-mail of you THIS MORNING that you have forgotten your password of your server. It's the same server we've already have resetted the password for TWO times. That's not really a big deal because a password reset only takes one minute.
    The password will be recovered within a few minutes.

    The other e-mail from Saturday (reboot for your DA server) has already been taken care off the SAME Saturday and we sent you a reply back that your server had been rebooted.

    And please don't complain here. We most the of the time respond instantly at e-mails so if you don't get an answer back, then it could be that your e-mail was filtered out due spam. And, most important, you're TOO LATE with your payments.

    I think that is vise as emails they sent to you might be stored in the spambox or in the bleck lists of your ISP -
