WHMCS Integration
Hello,
I do not know if I am posting in the right place but anyway.
I am having issues with my WHMCS integration. I've put all files into /templates folder and when I switch to my new template, I got a blank page when I visit the site.
Hope you guys have a solution
Regards

Blank pages usually signify a syntax error. Missing ";" or things of that nature. Your error logs show anything?

The folder I uploaded is an exact copy of the 'portal' folder that works just fine

If nothing was changed from one that worked, then perhaps your upload method is incorrect. BINARY vs ASCII upload method. Check what you used, and try the other. Also make sure all files made it to the server.
As that's only a temp folder to stored cached templates, it shouldn't "crash" WHMCS unless something more is wrong here. If it were working correctly, it would simply write new files to that folder.Your one stop shop for decentralization

Are you saying that uploading with either method made things worse?
Please explain fully when replying for the benefit of those trying to help.Your one stop shop for decentralization

looks like your best bet is to reinstall whmcs backup your database and do a fresh install then reconnect the database and see what happens. Your problem is probably permissions there is documentation on the whmcs site about how to fix your permissions but if thats to big of a deal just to a reinstall.
