WTF.. 1 year? he should get life for such a thing. The judge should be put in jail for handing out such a sentence.
Respectfully,
Mr. Terrence

that makes me sick, i have a simple solution for rapists, castration, cut it off and make them rot in jail, killing someone for that is too easy, they should be flung into a hole and made to stay there until they rot away, keep them alive for as long as possible, but in serious pain, then they will know about 10% of the pain that they have caused

Having kids of my own it does make one cringe at the thought that something like that could happen...

Personally I think all violent criminals should be put outside 8 hours a day with a ball and chain tied to their legs and busting boulders with a plastic sledgehammer.... to top it off, mix powdered viagra and saltpeter in their food. That should make it interesting.

Stallworth gets 30 days in jail, probation for DUI manslaughter
BY SPORTS NETWORK
THE SPORTS NETWORK
Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donte' Stallworth has received a jail sentence of 30 days and 10 years' probation as part of a reported plea agreement in a DUI manslaughter charge.
Stallworth had initially pleaded not guilty on June 4 and was facing a sentence of 4-to-15 years in prison if convicted on the charge, which stems from an accident on March 14 when he struck and killed a pedestrian with his vehicle.
In addition to the jail time and probation, the Miami Herald reports that Stallworth will also have to perform 1,000 hours of community service and serve two years of his probation term in house arrest. He will also lose his driving privileges for the rest of his life.
According to reports from the Herald, Stallworth drove his Bentley around a stopped vehicle to beat a red light and struck 59-year old Mario Reyes, who was walking to a bus stop from work as an overnight crane operator.
Stallworth's blood alcohol level was .126 -- above Florida's legal limit of .08 -- at the time of the accident.
Stallworth joined the Browns for the 2008 season as a free agent and caught a career-low 17 passes for 170 yards with a touchdown in just 11 games. He was hampered by a quadriceps injury for much of the season.I use GeekStorage for all my hosting needs. They truly are the best.
