11/28- I purchased my server on Black Friday after browsing the Dedicated Server section. I was looking for a deal that would be a good start for my first ever dedicated server. That's when I found Igsobe.com. I spoke to John and he was very patient with all my questions. The deal I signed up for was a Dell: 2.26GHZ - Pentium 4 / 400GB / 1GB RAM / 3,000 GB Bandwidth with the price of $20/month for the first 3 months and then $79/month after.
12/02 - The server was finally installed a few days after I placed the order. John mentioned it may take a couple of days due the promotion which I did not mind. The server was installed with CentOS 5.2. I quickly ran some speed tests on the server to my home pc here in NY and was getting an avg of 1.5Mbytes. Other locations I've seen it burst to 4-6Mbytes.
12/16 - It's been two weeks now and the server is still up and running. There was a few minutes of downtime due to a server relocation, but that was not more than 10 minutes and was alerted 24 Hours ahead. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and recommend them to anyone.

Thanks for the kind words and review, Denver. However, you're now a victim as a lot of people wanted that Dell that you've got -- make sure that you transfer it to someone in your will (and let us know if there's anything else we can do for you, of course).
Positive words make me feel a lot better at times like this - it's a snowy morning and there's 9 server boxes in front of me. Oh, what a day it's going to be....

John, good thing I ordered it asap. I currently have slyq.net parked on that server. Website is currently being worked on right now.
