You could order another 250GB Drive if you wanted, that would only be about $20/m

Yes, 10MBIT Unmetered would be $15/m while 100MBIT unmetered would be $70/m

Our basic management suite includes reactive management to all software that we install on your server, we don't support/install third party software. For that you would need our ServerGuard PLUS! Management Suite (23.95/m, cancel anytime)

    Hi,
I am interested in Offer 3:
    Pentium D 3.0 Ghz
    2GB DDR2 RAM
    250GB SATA
    2000GB BW/MONTH
    5 IP Adresses
    Fully Managed

PRICE: 69.95/m with NO SETUP FEES
However, can I customize something to save money:
    - 250GB SATA -> a SCSI HDD (I dont need so much HDD, 20GB is OK)
    - 5 IP Addresses -> 2 IP Addresses.
    - Control Panel: Do you have any free or cheap control panel (about $5)?

How much that server will cost?

Btw, do you have Yahoo/MSN ID?

    Thanks.

1.) We don't offer the SCSI drives with the sale servers as the 250 SATAs are part of the stock that needs to be moved, it would end up costing you more as it would need to be purchased with the non-sale servers
2.) That wouldn't really save you money, as a block of 10 would only be about $5/m
3.) We offer ServerCP for only 4.95/m

I know it may not be ideal, but the price is extremely low for that configuration

My MSN is in my profile on WHT.

    Thanks

Its been over 48 hours since I placed my order but my server has not been allocated yet. Can you please tell me how long will it take?

Most companies allocate servers within hours so I don't understand why its taking so long.

It's annoying to have to wait but the offer does say "Setup time is usually between 48-72 hours."

It should be setup later today. I apologize for the delay, it is assembled and online, but not fully provisioned.

There was a definite delay in last weeks orders, and we have ringed the DC's necks to make sure they are setup within 72 hours, however delays can happen as they are real humans setting up the servers.

What is your ticket number for this?

We ran out of them a few days ago and have more being delivered to the NOC. Once they are there we will have them swapped out.

I apologize for that however we felt it was better to have it provisioned with a step down model than not provisioned at all and then make you wait for the right CPU to arrive.

hello, the ticket # is: FIK-229002

I understand you ran out of 3.0ghz. But I guess I should get some notice about this? and I should be the one who decide if I should go with the "step down" model or just wait until it's available right? also I didn't get any notice about this in my welcome email. not until I open a ticket..

anyways i hope things can be resolved and i can't wait to get my server. thanks for your time.

The downtime to swap the CPU's is <5 minutes. So the only logical answer would be put in some 2.8's which are comparable in speed and compatible with the chassis etc until the 3.0's are available.
We do make assumptions sometime, but we do it in the best interest of our clients.

FIK-229002 was responded to already by Jordan and they will be swapped out once they are available.

Red Jersey, it is pending installation, we are waiting on your confirmation to take the server down for the swap.

With the 10MBIT unmetered you would get around 2000GB-3000GB/m.

No, we don't allow open proxies.

We offer AlertPay on demand if you order is over $50/m
