We are a Turkish Web design company, and we host all sites we designed on our VPS server. Since we are in Europe, we decide to move our server to a Europian company, and find Eurovps. Before our server was on Dinix.
I signed up for a VPS account and nearly after 3 hours they called me from my cell phone, and told that my server is ready. After that we had several tickets for transferring issues, and the response times were really fast, like chatting on msn
I remember only one time downtime in this 1 year, about 2 hours, as i remember that is because a fiber issue on their datacenter. But resolved quickly. Had no downtimes after that. They have great uptime.
The servers are great all IBM servers with 4 CPU's.
The support system is very fast, response times are always wihtin 10-15 minutes. I didnt have any tickets that wasnt resolved. Even with some third party programs or program installations they helped me. I mostly deal with Vasili from the support, and he is very kind to me.
As a result I would definitely recommend anyone that needs a VPS to really consider Eurovps. Great support + Great Uptime.
