    We have changed our packages to reflect the needs of our customers as of immediately the above pricing and package information is no longer available.

    Customers no longer need to have a managed hosting provider for us to escalate customer issues, This option was not popular and resulted in only a few orders.

    We have decided to manage ALL end-user customer based tickets (No server management issues though), The price has increased to $20 per month for VPS/Dedicated Servers and $10.00 for Reseller Accounts.

    We also have some new service launches including helpdesk support for VPS and Server Providers more information coming soon.

    The free trial will no longer be available however customers can obtain a 50% discount coupon for the first month of your service.

    We apologise for this major change and we will reflect all new changes in our next advertisements.

    Existing customers will remain on the same packages and will need to upgrade to the new plan in order if they contact us we will provide a 25% lifetime discount.

    your site seems to be down all the time. Doesn't leave a good first impression. if you cant ensure up time for your own site, how can you ensure our customers will always have up time and you can support them.
