Reporting unethical/unfair and possibly fraud business practices

    Hi,

I am dealing with a hosting company that I believe is engaging in unethical practices.

Do you know how/where I can "officially" file a complaint against this company? As far as I know, Federal Trade Commission and BBB are a good start, but any suggestion is more than welcome.

    Thanks.

If they are in the US then the state's Attorney General office is good resource as well as local trade commission (if available).

On their site, they say their physical address is in Nevada.

    Hello,
Unfortunately since there is no entity that regulates Web Hosting, aside from the Attorney General and the BBB there are few options. If you do believe that your host is fishy, the first thing to do is move hosts.

Word of mouth can be a powerful tool, I would post a review here and on other sites such as WebHostingStuff and DigitalPoint.

Just out of curiosity what unethical practices do you consider the hosting company in question is undertaking?

I suppose you can send ticket to their data center. Maybe that helps you a bit but I'm not sure.
    Good luck in any case

You'd better leave the company if you know about something as they might got angry because of your complaints and you might losed your sites you have hosted with them
