Hi all,
I'm just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with Live Helper at the moment. I swung by the site earlier tonight just to make sure it was running well, and poked the Live Helper button on the front page - Lo and behold I'm not available... Funny, as I look down the my operator console is running, and the figure is green.
Might suggest you all go take a look at your own sites and see just in case...
Anyway, I went to Live Helper's site to ask them about it.. Seems thet are having the same problem - no operators online. Left them a message to get back to me - several hours no response. Bit of a shame really as I was beginning to like it... Might have to shell out for Human Click Pro yet...

We have noticed it and it does happen from time to time.
It's a pain it has to be said, but it's free and we don't use it too much.Karl Austin :: KDAWS.com

Karl,
Thanks - at least I'm not the only one to notice. The only thing that irks me about it is it gives the impression no-one is home if a potential customer rolls by. I suppose if it's something that only happens occasionally then the up-time should outweigh the bad... Maybe I'll just bury the button down in the support area *lol*

That's the thing that worries me too, the fact that it looks like no-one is in the office.

Just went past my site again tonight to check that Live Helper thing. Different problem this time. It shows me online but when I type anything into that window I don't get the call back here... So now it looks like I'm in, just not bothering to answer the call. *lol*
Needless to say I've just pulled it from the site.

Ok, gave up on Live Helper. Trying Human Click this time. Has anyone had the same trouble with HC? Seems to be running just fine so far...

Ahem, Nope. I have been using HC for two months. Nay, not that kind of problem.

It doesn't matter how much you claim how important your data is. If it's not backed up, it's not important.

klisis,
thanks. As I'll have to pay for the customize option I think I'll let it stay free for a little while and check on it quite often *lol* I suppose with the commercial options HC would be a little more inspired to keep their service up as much as possible..

Hi,
We've used HumanClick (free version) for about a year now and we are happy with it. No reason for us to upgrade to the Pro version as the free one does everything we need it to.Jim

I'm starting to see that myself now
Have the site wired to the eyeballs with tracking and am strategically placing buttons by following traffic around. Other than a case of the infamous ding dongs tonight all is peachy keen
Hell, I'm thinking of paying for it, just because they deserve it *lol*
