My Site - Need Opinions
Hey. I recently used my web hosting on some gaming forums, http://www.EliteGamer.org. I was wondering what you guys think; Are Game Forums still have potential in the Internet World.
Also, I was wondering, How I could get more members(I know advertising, but how/where are advertising places)
- Thanks

You could try using Google Adwords.

Depends. There are forums that are very popular, but most only have a small core audience that follow them. I don't really see forums as being lucritive in the long run.

I have an idea - if you have space and the bandwidth, offer a free 2mb hosting option for every user that signs up - furthr more, to make money, put adverts on their pages. You can get quite decent web hosting software - if you are on linux all PHP is free.

Site looks good. Why are gaming forums always so dark though. Anyway....you might want to consider some sort having some tournament that the eventual winner get some sort of prize. Maybe the tournament doesnt happen until you have a certain amount of gamers. Hopefully, the community invites others to the forum in an effort to hit that # so the toury can begin.
Google is where you want to be when it is all said in done. You will generate a ton of traffic if you can find yourself in the top page under "gaming forums". Get there and you will have your traffic.Ceridius Networks Sales
