Don't give her a perfume because she might hate it
Urmm, a crrappy gift card and some things related to her hobbies maybe?
I personally hate gift cards but when I ask women they like em even though you can only buy things at one frikking place.Rene K.0

I don't think gift card will work. I actually would be embarrassed to give a gift card for 21st birthday. She won't remember it in 10 years.

I already gave her the ring last year for Christmas (not engagement). If I give it this year it has to be engagement ring So no rings ...
Now you see why it's so complicated? How's my programming? Call 1-800-DEV-NULL0

Oh something to be remembered in 10 years. Yeah, a kick *** ring. Or, go spend two weeks in Paris . Or just go someplace. Rent out a whole restaurant for the night and invite all her friends.

Here's the thing about the restaurant.
Her birthday is this weekend and I already reserved restaurant for 50 people for next week and she knows about it.
Ring and necklace. Her parents already gave her an expensive ring and necklace (why?why?) so even if I give her a kick *** ring or necklace as a present it won't have that effect.
I also have 5 tickets for Trans-Siberian Orchestra for the night before her birthday which she also knows about.
It seems like I made enough of presents for her but I have nothing for her actual birth day and I won't feel comfortable by just giving her flowers. Do you see what I mean?

Rules for gift ideas for women are:
1) Shiny things. (Rings, necklaces, bracelets.. think diamonds.)
2) Smelly things. (Candles, perfume, those little dogs that when you hug them they smell like some scent.)
3) Sentimental garbage. (Picture frame with your picture in it. Locket with your picture in it.)
4) Something you would never think of having in your place. (Girly pillows, a pink blanket with flowers or angels all over it.)
That should cover it.0

Kinky sex toys and objects may make it an interesting evening. Don't quote me on that.

If she needs more than a nice dinner at a nice restaurant and a concert she's too high maintenance and you should find a chick without such extravagant needsGary Harris - the artist formerly known as Dixiesys

Dude, you don't get gift certificates for a girl you've been going out with for two years, on her 21st birthday.
It would be nice if it was something she could have a few years down the line and perhaps still use, perhaps a really nice handbag or something.0

I think the Spa idea is a good one also, I give my wife one of those all day spa deals every few years and she loves it.

Try a day out doing something? Parachute jump, rally driving, helicopter lessons or anything like that.
I dont suggest hot air balloons, they are boring as hell, i wish i had my laptop with me last time....BTi-Hosting.co.uk High quality hosting, low low prices.

Haha. 21st, eh? Maybe just get her hammered.
No but really, 21st, take her out for a good time and have fun, unless she's already going out with her girlfriends to do that or whatever. Otherwise do some sentimental stuff or what not. I'd suggest do some things appropriately related to her hitting the "landmark" number.0
