    * Which is best way or open source software for DNS Clustering ?

    Which is best way to build DNS clustering for two server as well open source software ? Can you please advise me best solution for DNS clustering.

    You can do it either bind or powerdns.

    +1 for PowerDNS. We use it for our distributed authoritative name servers. I've personally found it very easy to work with, and it doesn't have all the security bugs that BIND has.
