Host Gator Password Change
Over the weekend, Host Gator has reset the passwords of 2 of my hosting accounts. When I tried using the password_reset link to retrieve the new password, I got a message saying "This IP has been used, contact support".
Anyone seen this message before? I did a live chat with a tech support, but the tech support person had no clue what this was. I bet a lot of people were calling in too since the call wait was quite long.
Appreciate if you have come across a solution for this.Kick Ass SEO - Minnesota Search Engine Optimization Service0

Even my password got reset without any warning. I got a new one from the live chat tech support.

Hmm...I'd checked the little box and everything..
Second time's the charm.
