Anyone Heard of VirtualPBX?
I'm looking to get an 800 number, along with a decent system with ACD queues and such.
So, I came across VirtualPBX, and was quite impressed by their feature list. Has anyone heard of them? I'm seriously thinking about going with them for this.

We used them for over 1 1/2 years with very high call center volume and never had a single issue with their service. They were responsive to customer service questions/inquiries and their features worked as advertised. We switched because our volume reached a point where it was more cost effective to bring it in house.

Thank you for the responses.
I did resend my questions to virtualpbx and they just responded today.
I'm not sure what I'll do yet. I may be able to work out something with my provider actually because apparently they have a voip solution available.
