    Top Notch Spyware Programs

What are the best to use? I am having an VERY bad issue with spyware on a lappy.

What is the absolute best to use to rid this machine of it.

I have used Search & Destroy, Adware 6, and WebRoot SpySweeper. Any others?

I never had a problem with Search and Destroy. It actually worked good for me! Right now, I am using Window Deffender which you can find right the Microsoft Downloads website (www.microsoft.com and click downloads). Along with that, I use http://www.ewido.net/en/ which is great from what I have used it for so far.

Freedom? You have to be kidding me!

I worked for an ISP that gave out Freedom and I'm still haunted by the nightmares that "software" caused.

I've tried spyware programs by the dozens (free and paid). Name it, I've tried it.
Until I came across SpyNoMore: http://www.spynomore.com
There's no way for me to come back to any other spyware software (and there are some quiet good ones out there). Show any "clean" PC to SpyNoMore and it will find - and remove - dozens and dozens of spyware, malware, highjackers, dialers, trojans, backdoors, downloaders, etc.
Don't take my word for it. Clean your computer with any good spyware software, and then give the other one a try.

I use SpySweeper and AdAware, together with NOD32, best protection ever.

There are many spyware programs that you can use. But the ones that I use are spyware blaster, webroot spyware sweeper, spybot search and destroy, Bazooka.
I suggest you use all of them and run them one after another. The more spyware prgrams you have the more it will get rid of the spyware. You should have atleast 5. No more. Hope this helps.

This stupid svchost.exe is the one that will not go away. Its the very last on the machine. I have done everything. System restore has even been acting up. it wont let the system restore to any point that is saved. Getting very frustrating. Because if you end the process, it will kill the sound card until the machine is rebooted. Stupid thing.

The best anti-spyware/trojan/keylogger program is eWido (http://www.ewido.net/en/). It fixes things that all of the others can't.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus + eWido = problem free computer.
