    CDN actually slowing down site?

In every theory CDN make site faster.
but, why do i found it the opposite.
    for example:
    1. fiverr recenly use CDN i can even acces it from my location.. cdn2.fiverrcdn.com loading forever.. ping is good though (83 ms an no packetloss.. but fail to load in browser.
    2. i remember back in the day twitter used to load fast,, now they use akamai and access from my location is 5 times slower..
    3. every site with aws.amazon also very slow.

tell me what wrong with this cdn?

Where are you located? It could be that AWS and Akamai don't have a strong footprint in your region, if you're in Asia, there's limited locations for some of these CDN's.

Unsure who Fiverr use. But I've noticed it being slower recently.

    south east asia.
I'm realy frustated with fiverr right now, i have few express gigs (order completion time is crucial), but the only way to access it is through VPN or proxy.

The problem is more likely with ISP saturation on the links to these CDN's, reach out to the CDN's and your ISP they should be able to confirm if an issue is there.

im from asia, CDN is faster to me...i believe akamai and aws got an asia node or LA with Asia optimize traffic and i dont have any problem with it..normal ms without cdn from my country is 400ms and now using cdn its been cut off to 200ms...so cdn slowing the site is not true..its actualy fastening the page loads

Akamai are great because generally they will give ISP free caching servers to place close to their users, this greatly helps speed up the serving of pages.

I would be very shocked if you were seeing worse results using Akamai, that's why I suggest contacting your ISP, or even trying a different computer...

anyone from asia, how fiverr and twitter site load for you?
maybe the problem is at my end. tried two different ISP and different PC with no luck, still slow.
but when using Switzerland VPN these sites load very fast.

is it possible that their cdn nodes for asia overloaded?

Can you show a traceroute to cdn2.fiverr.com? They seem to be using CloudFront from Amazon.
