Thumbs up cPanel hosting clients for sale ~ $3k annually

    Hello,

I have some clients for quick sale. Hosting in the US (Dallas).
These clients have been long term and most have been hosted for over 3 years.

    29 Active Clients
    27 Active Services

    USD Currency
    Monthly: $15.90USD (2)
    Quarterly: $265.95USD (8)
    Semi-Annually: $190.80USD (4)
    Annually: $1278.10USD (16)
    Biennially: $0.00USD (0)
    Triennially: $0.00USD (0)
    Est. Annual: $2914.30USD

Half the clients pay via Check.
I've received $983.15USD since November 2011 from these clients.
The rest of the clients pay via PayPal.

Support tickets for these clients is nearly 1-3 per month. Most of these clients don't know how to do anything. Nor do they know how to login to cPanel, or even care. As long as the website and email are working, they are happy.

Current Invoices Paid status since October 2011.
    Paid: $2578.40USD
    Unpaid: $23.85USD
    Overdue: $0.00USD

FYI, these clients were manually setup in WHMCS in October 2011 when we switched from Blesta to WHMCS.

Some clients have domain names (25) that are registered through us. These clients pay $12.50/year for their domain name.

    Hosting Stats
    =============
These are the stats used for the month of June.
    267.29mb disk used
    16667.02mb bandwidth used

As you can see, they are low usage clients with very little needs.

    Why am I selling?
I don't want to upkeep hosting clients anymore. I have many other things on my plate to focus on.

Looking for a quick sale. I've been a member of WHT for many years. I will only deal with people with a great reputation here as I want the best for these clients.

Please PM me your best offers.
Feel free to ask any questions.

Nearly all of these clients I've done the web design for and provided an all-in-one solution for hosting and maintaining their websites.

Most of the websites have been online for 4+ years. They are stable and they don't ask for much.

    Just to be clear.

These are US based clients. They are currently hosted on a cPanel reseller account in Dallas TX. These clients can continue to be hosted there or they can move to another server. Reseller account is cloud based and would cost $19.99/mo if you want them on the same server.

Half these clients pay via check. The other half via PayPal.

There is not a domain or web hosting company associated with this sale.

I will NOT contact you. You contact ME via PM or this thread only. No exceptions.

I have been a part of WHT for 8 years now. Don't low ball me.

All offers over $2,000 will be considered.

    Thanks

More updates as I see information being requested.

To host the clients on the same server would cost $19.95 monthly.
This includes 5gb disk space and 50GB bandwidth. Plenty for these clients. Hosting is provided by a very reputable cloud provider here on WHT.

THESE CLIENTS ARE 100% USA BASED.

My only cost is WHMCS lease as I stated before that I get the hosting free of charge. The new owner will have to pay for hosting or move the clients.

The content of the websites do not contain anything that anyone would deem illegal. No copyright issues anywhere. No adult.

If you would like to view the client status's in WHMCS, I can provide a screen shot or temporary access for verification only. A NDA would need to be signed before releasing any details of these clients.

There is no server for sale. No VPS clients. These are cPanel shared hosting clients only.

I have access to half the domains for these clients. So swapping over DNS should be pretty simple. However, if the clients are moved you will still have access to control their DNS until all accounts are moved to your servers.

Most of these clients are based in Florida. I'm not exactly sure how well they'd adjust to a host outside of the USA. As stated, some of these clients are old school and prefer to send checks.

The clients that do send checks would need to be notified of the new payment address. The checks are not sent to a PO BOX but a street address currently. Their adjustment to sending payment elsewhere should not be an issue.

The clients do not know about this sale and will be notified when necessary.

These clients are on 3 different plans.
    $3.95/mo. (simple)
    $7.95/mo. (advanced)
    $9.95/mo. (performance)

They really have no clue what these plans offer as all but one don't login to cPanel. As long as their websites are online, they don't care.

Here is a breakdown of their product, price, cycle, and next due date.

Note, I have received a few bids over $2,000 already.

    I have questions......

going by your screen shot I count 25 active, but it doesn't make sense that some quarterly folks haven't gotten billed since 01/09/12 client ID 41 just to name 1.... Does that mean he is no longer active? or can we bill him 2 invoices to catch him up..... this is one example but it looks like there are more

can you please answer these questions asap so I can re-evaluate our bid

ok I did the math from your screen shot that you posted and I came out with 2398.40. I checked my math again and it is right. So as long as you are selling what you have posted and it is accurate I will bid 2300.00

That particular client made a payment last on:
    14/06/2012 for $23.85USD
They are due again in September for the same amount.

No accounts should require back pay, only payments due in future are to be considered.

Many of these clients will ask for some changes done to their website from time to time. Sometimes something easy, other times redesigning their website. If a payment seems like it was skipped, it was for a reason like web design work or setting up ssl and giving some hosting free.

That screenshot is for hosting services only. It does not include ssl, dedicated ips, or domain name revenue.

Revenue from hosting alone is about $2400/yr.
