Blizzard not developing Diablo or Starcraft sequels ...
Sad but true ..
FANS OF BLIZZARD will be disappointed to hear that a company PR coordinator has ruled out any chance that the "unannounced product" that the company has been working on will be a sequel to either Diablo II or Starcraft, long term franchises for which the company is famous and which still attract a strong following toda█• Taskade - To-Do List & Tasks • All-in-One To-Do List & Mind Map App for Remote Teams

But that is just for that "unannounced product", Diablo and Starcraft are too popular for them not to do another sequel, or farm it out to another game company.

they would have to be stupid to not do a Diablo 3/ Starcraft 3... Its easy money for them even if they just sold a box with the cover "Diablo 3" on it... imo they're losing out on ALOT of money.

What would SC-2 be like? An improvement with more races, more gadgets or a total overhual.
I would want to be an improvement so that I don't have to re-learn my skills. During the fevour of SC-1, every kind of strategy was analysed, used pen&paper to calculate the best value spieces. The 'Hunter' map was the greatest for 3vs3 duel. I have outgrown gaming now but still play SC once in a while.

They're making too much off WoW. I'm thinking they may do another MMORPG I'm dying for another MMOFPS like Planetside though.. those were the days.

Commercial game but 'free to play' till level 40. I should not that unless you play in 'packs' to 'power level' it'll take a while till you get that high.
It's a bit of a level grind after level 20, but pretty good people playing, and a bit of fun.Former Webhost... now, just a guy.

My wife and I used to play on a 'free server' (legitimate) that used the 'open source' of the game. It showed real promise. As someone who tends to play 'dark elf' whenever I can I have to say the character models were brilliant.

Yea, with all these new titles blizzard coming out, I would say WOW is still the best MMORPG I've tried though I've quit after having a level 60 and 50... and hopefully their new expansion pack for World of Warcraft will be worth a try

Eww. WoW was pretty horrible. I'd say it's the most watered down version of an MMO I've ever had the misfortune to play. I'm all for SC/BW and Diablo getting some more love, but after WoW I wouldn't even glance at another MMO from Blizzard.

Zeyr, could you please explain what you mean? I've only heard of this viewpoint maybe twice, and really don't understand it.
