I'm trying to create a tech support page. Anyone know of any *free* scripts to use to help me with this process? I took a look at wonderdesk but the price scared me away

    Take a look here: http://cgi.resourceindex.com/Program...tomer_Support/

Some are free and some are not. My company uses simple-support (from solutionscripts.com), but it costs more than the wonder desk and will probably scare you away even more

I noticed the WebSupport site (http:/why.sigh.org) has been down a while. However, I have the original distribution file from the time I downloaded it. If you wanted to try out the script, I suppose it wouldn't be crime if I handed you a copy. Let me know.

Sorry, I have to withdraw my offer. The WebSupport readme states that the author forbids re-distributing the script.

Don't despair. I emailed the author of the script for permission. Hope she responds. Stay tuned to this thread.

The WebSupport site is back up. You can download the script at http://www.sigh.org/websupport.html
