KnowledgeBuilder or LORE for KB ?
I'm looking aroudn for a good KB script .. so foa KnowledgeBuilder (http://www.activecampaign.com/kb/) and LORE (http://www.pineappletechnologies.com/products/lore/) seem to be the best bets out there.
Very similar, wich makes it hard to choose, any suggestions ?

I have used KnowledgeBuilder , it looks good but I had an experience of a large security hole in it , where someone emailed me and told me about the hole and then demanded free hosting for finding the hole. My reply was to notify the KnowledgeBuilder people and take the KB offline , KnowledgeBuilder was patched but it left me to wonder how it could be released with such a hole and no one noticed.
also you only get 3 months of upgrades and have to pay even if no upgrades came out during that 3 months.
We have decided to take a different route , sorry my opinion isn't more positive.Dana aka Laci My Alter Ego
