EV1 Alternative
Hi,
We have a Cpanel server with EV1 at the moment and want to get another one. However none are in stock at the moment.
Who else offer Cpanel servers at around $120-140 per month with the same level of support bearing in mind EV1 as supposed to be un-managed.
Thanks
David

If you really like being with EV1, just wait until March 3rd when they open their new data center.

Hi,
Thanks everyone. We weren't aware about EV1's new D/C. We are more than happy to wait until then.

I'm already planning on cancelling all my boxes, and moving back to EV1, i've been skipping ever since i left there.
Superbservers (OK place by lotsa bills)
Managed (you know the story)
FDC (you also know the story)
Arn't there any high bandwidth / low ping providers out there for a reasonable price ? I am talking 1-5 TB monthly.

DJ,
Well you get what you pay for. There are reasons why FDC and Managed have less than average service, it's due to the fact that you are paying them less than $100 a month. EV1 can afford those prices because they are huge, and their support infrastructure is extremely streamlined.
Even with EV1 you get what you pay for, support is limited, as more often than not they will simply have your box restored if problems occur.
So, can I recommend anyone who is a high bandwidth/ low ping provider for a reasonable price? Sure, I define reasonable at around $80 per Mbit........but, with you definition of reasonable??? Sorry, can't go there.
Good luck,
