    actually the alert system doesn't alerted. The alert was given because of earthquake.

    You know what they said? Since we never had tsunami for the last 4 hrs, they recalled it.

    Nope, there's nothing wrong with that. usgs, or our local climatology agency use a different tools and calculation + different location, that's why we always see a correction/revision from time to time..

    everything is "okay" until now, they were only lost power and communication line for a couple hours.
