I think it's safe to say that 100% uptime is not possible over the long haul. Unfortunately some server components (Motherboards, RAM, even CPUs) are nearly impossible to deliver in a 100% fault tolerant manner and will eventually break.

You can check your website on http://intodns.com so that you can check the actual status of your domain. It must be propagated till now, if not then contact TKI.

100% uptime is based on an average, and if you look, you will probably find in there tos or aup something about 99.5% being called 100% uptime by rounding up.

They might also add in their TOS that they don't cover stuff as hardware replacement, network issue etc..

Never had 100% uptime with them. Support was always slow. Always 4+ hours just to get a reply. Even just to get an IP unblock. When I was with them, the server wasn't even secure, anybody can just drop php shell and could go through other user's directory. Ask them to fix it and they said the server is secure when it's not. Took them weeks to fix it. I was already out of there server by then. Every month always had down time(Dec-Feb was when I was with them.): http://www.webhostingstuff.com/uptime/CHWUHosting.html

Downtime almost every week.
Very low avail resources in cloudlinux.
With a very small amount of traffic I was hitting the cap.
I had a vbulletin forum hacked...but that could be bad the php coding. So I cant pin that on them.

When they say uptime they probably don't mean your server or website. It usually means unscheduled network outage, but I'm too lazy to read the SLA right now.
