We are still moving accounts from our burst server. Do all of you have root access or you just resellers.

All we can do is our best. We are doing the best with the resources and experience of the company, and I believe we are doing a very good job.
I have personal servers in the datacenter as well, it is definitely frustrating, but I understand that it is just something that happens sometimes and I personally know that we do all we can to get it back up.
I certianly can not tell people how to run a web hosting business (I really do not know), but network downtime does happen. I believe it is a great balance of managed services for the price, at least relative everything else that is out there.

If anything, give the men of the doomed submarine 10 hours to move data, prior to commissioning the ship to the depths of the sea :p0

Wow, I can beleive BurstChris's response from BurstNet about how all of this downtime is 'the nature of the business' and that that is just the way it is.
How's that for ducking accountability? I have had servers at GNAX (formerly DV2) for years, Rackshack for years, and have never seen any problem produce anywhere near the amount of downtime I have seen from Burst these past five days. The only "nature of business" that is is the "nature of going out of business" in my opinion.0

I just gotta say i love this post off Burst.net forums

I don't believe it.
I don't think it's a coincidence that Cpanel just happens to mess up all license files for Burst.net on the day Burst.net screws up.
Early last week, Cpanel did mess up the licenses and had it fixed in like 15 minutes with an apology. It is uncharacteristic for Cpanel to screw up licenses and then say, "No ETA."
Burst.net... do you have business ethics?0
