This is against the EULA of VALVE, please also note that there is no fallback if these id's have been used or if they have any access/ownership of your account.

Valve does not condone any selling of their products, please show me where they condone this?
It is under their eula that none of their products can be sold, this includes vouchers.

huh? If you have time, just go play somewhere else, instead of bashing people's thread for no reason.
Search in the official Steam forums for the answer instead of showing some strange site such as forums.steambans.com which belongs to a small group of people (that site is NOT from Valve!!!!)
