    VOIP & FOIP Dedicated servers

Is there any company out there that offers preconfigurated voip & foip servers ready to use?

What exactly are you looking for in a 'pre-configured' system? Asterisk? Freepbx? Term/Orig minutes included? Please elaborate. There ARE companies offering VOIP dedi/VPS, just wondering what your precise needs are.

There are some providers that will setup Elastix for you if you provide a provider. It would do both VOIP and FOIP out of the box... Other systems me be as easily configurable

Various companies will configure asterisk for you based on your specific requirements, to maintain it can however be a challenge. If you want a solution with less hassle you could take a look at axeos pbx which is a plug&play PBX based on unix. You could also install a windows based PBX like 3cx or swyx on one of your old computers. All of those solutions have some form of foip support. It all depends on your requirements (number of phones, concurrent calls and features) which option is best for you..

You can install solutions like freePBX or TrixBox yourself too. Just refer the docs given at their site. Also make sure to buy a DIDs from sites like callcentric. Also a few companies are there, who offer preconfigured services.

I would suggest Elastix or FreePBX as Trixbox does not have the support that it used to. Elastix has a huge following and you can get the support you may need on their forums! Of course FreePBX is still a great solution as well.
