    WHMCS Spam Issue

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can stop spam from entering my WHMCS Support Center through e-mail piping? Thanks in advance!

That was the reason we had to stop email piping - we got so much spam that it was just loading up tickets about viagra and the like.

Prefilter it, and/or use an atypical address? "Sales@" will get swamped, but maybe "sales_questions@" or "presales@" won't?

Back when I was using it I had the same problem. We used contact_sales@ and we did not get anymore spam.

I make it so clients need to use the ticket system to open a ticket, but can reply via email using tickets@
