    anyone goes with colosus dedicated servers? I heare they have a nice customer support, and no price for IP adresses But I think servers are just a bit "old" and there are some traffic limits on.
    I scould host abount 800 sites and this could be difficoult with this servers and additional cost's for bandwich.
    Any suggestion?

    I don't know much about Colossus, but I know that they have been around *forever*. I remember looking at them as a web host (not for a dedicated server) for my very first web site back in 1995 or 1996, 2 years before I started my own hosting company.

    As far as I know they are a very stable company (being around this long they'd have to be). I couldn't tell you anything about their technology or servers, though - just that they have been in the business for about as long as the business has existed.

    anybody happen to know why colossus is still providing 75 MHz Pentium servers?! makes no sense getting such a configuration with today's level of technology.

    yes i am hosting with them from 16 months. they are wonderful. i have no problem since i started with them. guys are great support is fantastic. my server never gone down. yeah configuration is old and control panel is not stylish but still they are very very reliable,fast and cheap. (not bandwidth).

    i love eric and annette at colossus.net. they are great and will help you out in every trouble.
