Cheap vBulletin license needed
The title says it all. I'm looking for a cheap OWNED license for vbulletin. I don't care about support, or how long is left on the license...I'm just going to need vbulletin for my new forum idea, and I don't have the cash to throw around on a new copy...
Please post offers in this thread.

straight from the license agreement..
Jelsoft may, at its discretion, allow you to transfer your license to another party, providing the license:
* has not already been transferred in the previous 12 months; and
* was purchased more than 3 months in the past.
* is an active owned license

I wouldn't be willing to renew it incase It was not purchased from me, so I will just leave it as it is I think.
Cheers
